Open Way Mindfulness Center is a multi-use facility in Missoula Montana. Home to Open Way Sangha, the Center also hosts many other community classes and events year-round.

Our sangha is in the Zen based tradition of the Order of Interbeing, part of a world-wide network of communities inspired by the teachings and practices of Thich Nhat Hanh.

Open Way is located at 702 Brooks in Missoula.  And check out our sister sanghas, Flowing Mountains in Helena and Open Sky in Kalispell.   

Mindfulness Matters

The Lifelong Learning Center presents Mindfulness Matters with class teacher Nicole Dunn. This will be an 8-week class series on Wednesdays from 4:15-5:15pm starting on January 11th and ending on February 29th. Class cost: $22.00 Class number: W12-150.1

The word mindfulness is a buzz word, but what is it really? Mindfulness is our capacity to live fully in the present moment with whatever we're doing. You'll learn about the practice of uniting mind and body in order to develop your relationship with life. Mindfulness is a daily practice that can be applied to anything we're doing, whether it's walking, washing the dishes, driving or eating. This class will also incorporate sitting meditation, cushions and other seating options are provided, no experience necessary.

Registration must take place through the LLC at www.thelifelonglearningcenter.com or 549-8765. Classes take place at the Open Way Mindfulness Center.
