Be Here Now**
Be Here Now is an alternative format to the Tuesday night sittings. Based on the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the practices of mindfulness. There is one session of sitting meditation for 20 minutes, followed by walking meditation, a reading, an open sharing circle, and closing with a circle for gratitude and healing. The first Monday of every month the mindfulness trainings are read.
Be Here Now is open to everyone and is free, donations are always appreciated.
